Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within half an hour from time of placing the order subject to the order got confirmed from the Kling Eats store. Orders are not shipped or delivered during natural calamities, lockdowns/curfews by concerned Governments, force majeure conditions etc.,

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a fewer minutes. Please allow additional minutes in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Significant delay shall mean and include the delay of more than a hour from the usual time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Kling Eats or Spacenet Enterprises India Limited shall not held responsible for the delivery delay occurred due to either incompetent supplier opted by the customer or a supplier opted by customer other than Kilng Eats’ delivery.

You agree to pay us for the total amount for the order placed by you on the Platform. We will collect the total amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and the pricing terms set forth in the applicable menu listing. Please note that we cannot control any amount that may be charged to you by your bank related to our collection of the total amount, and we disclaim all liability in this regard

Shipment to Particular addresses

The addresses mentioned by the customer before placing the order shall be considered as the true & final address and if no such address is found to delivery section team and / or provided address is found to be a fake address, then shipment will automatically be terminated and no amount shall be refunded subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Refund policy.

The change of address in the last minute is entertainable and the same is the sole discretion of Kling Eats delivery team or its associates. If there is no service offered to the particular address changed in the last minute then the change of address is not permissible.

Customer shall not use the App or any content on the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of Kling Eats and/or others.

Customer shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions, as amended from time to time, of (a) the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder; (b) all applicable domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable exchange control laws or regulations in force); and (c) international laws, foreign exchange laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations (including, but not limited to State GST, Central GST, income tax, service tax, etc.,) regarding customer’s use of our service and customer’s listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of products or services.

Customer shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.

Customer shall remain solely responsible for the content of the materials posted on the platform or APP.

It is possible that those other users (including unauthorized users or 'hackers') may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the APP and that a customer may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about customer due to customer use of the App, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure customer. We do not approve of such unauthorized uses, but by using the App, customer acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the use of any personal information that customer publicly disclose or share with others on the App. Please carefully select the type of information that you publicly disclose or share with others on the APP.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message once your order has shipped containing your detail(s). The tracking will be active within minutes.


Kling Eats APP or Spacenet Enterprises India Limited is not liable for any spoiled food or package change during shipping. If you receive your order spoiled or changes in the package or related issues which are not foreseen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. With respect to these issues, all commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and suppliers’ platform or Application alone.

Please save all packaging materials and /or spoilt one before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the Hyderabad city limits Cash on deliveries are not yet implemented

Cancellation Policy

  1. In addition to the foregoing, we may also contact you by phone and / or email to inform and confirm any change in the order, due to availability or unavailability or any change due to unavoidable circumstances. Please note change or confirmation of the order shall be treated as final. It is clarified that the KLING EATS or/ and Spacenet Enterprises India Limited reserves the right to not to process your order in the event you are unavailable on the phone at the time we call you for confirming the order and such event the provisions of the cancellation and refund policy below shall be applicable.
  2. All payments made against the purchases/services on the APP by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the India. The App will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform. You can pay by (i) credit card or debit card or net banking; (ii) any other RBI approved payment method at the time of booking an order; or (iii) credit or debit card or cash at the time of delivery. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by KLING EATS App or its ASOCIATES is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment on delivery, collection and remittance facility for the transactions on the Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing payment facility, KLING EATS or / and Spacenet Enterprises India Limited is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the transaction or the transaction price.
  3. It is the covenant rule of this terms and conditions of cancelation policy that (you) any customer shall not be authorised and /or offered to cancel your/ customer’s order once the confirmation of the same is received to customer. If the order is cancelled after it has been confirmed, KLING EATS shall have a right to charge cancellation fee of a minimum 5% on the order value (inclusive of applicable taxes) or upto a maximum INR 100, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order, the complete/ deficit cancellation fee, as applicable with our sole discretion power.
  4. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  5. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
    i. In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
    ii. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
    iii. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
    iv. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
    v. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
    vi. Failure due to reasons beyond our control; or
    vii. In the event, we are unable to find a Concierge to perform the assigned task at given point of time.
  6. We reserve our right to alter/ withdraw/ extend any offers/ promotions at any time without giving any prior notice & without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  7. Customer shall not be entitled to cancel his/her/their Order(s) and seek refund for the same, once the Order(s) has been picked-up for delivery.
  8. Customer’s order will only be delivered to the address designated by respective customer at the time of placing the order. In the event of any change to the place of delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in our sole discretion, and you shall not be entitled to any refund for the same. Delivery in the event of change of the delivery location shall be at our sole discretion.


  1. Customer is not entitled / authorised to return the packed food once it is delivered to the customer.
  2. Returning of delivered food is strictly prohibited and the same is allowed in exceptional cases subject to sole discretion of KLING EATS. Once food is consumed more than 1%, then the customer is not entitled to return on whatsoever ground/ reason it is.


We do not offer any refunds unless the conditions that are specifically stipulated hereunder are scrutinized and satisfied. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

The Refund policy shall be in accordance with shipping policy and cancellation policy.

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. us canceling your order due to your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the cancellation policy and service policy; or
  2. You canceling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking or
  3. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  4. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-7 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank to the source account

In the event of any change to the place of delivery and you shall not be entitled to any refund for the same. Delivery in the event of change of the delivery location shall be at our sole discretion.

In the event of any failure to accept delivery, failure to deliver within the estimated time due to customer’s failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such products shall be deemed to have been delivered to customer and all risk and responsibility in relation to such products shall pass to customer and customer shall not be entitled to any refund for the same. Our decision in relation to this shall be final and binding.

  • If the Single digit number entered by you / customer matches with the scratch card, then such customer may get up to four (04) times of that particular bill amount and if the two digit numbers entered by you / customer matches, you/customer may get up to sixty (60) times of that particular bill amount as per the promotional cash back offer.

Please be informed that promotional amount or bonus offered /received to the customer will be remitted in the customer’s App account and the same may be transferred to his/ her savings bank account and if the promotional offer amount exceeds the amount of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) then the amount deposited in the customer’s App account shall be entitled to transfer it to his / her savings account, only after the completion of two working days. This covenant is included to verify that either the promotional offers are availed by our genuine customers or by some unknown hackers or by cyber thieves.
